联合国教科文组织东亚地区办事处携手文化遗产和时尚领域的重要合作伙伴共同开启一项为期两年的能力建设项目(2025-2026年)——“非遗即时尚”,旨在将非物质文化遗产融入当代时尚。该计划旨在为非遗传承人、时尚专业学生以及新兴设计师创造可持续的机会,以合作、开发以非遗为灵感的时尚产品,探索未来非遗时尚业务的新途径。
为确保有意义且富有成效的学习体验,项目将开展一系列工作坊,并将基于非遗传承人、时尚专业学生和新兴设计师感兴趣的非遗元素组成小组。这种形式将使传承人传承他们的传统知识和实践,同时使时尚专业学生和新兴设计师为合作带来新的观点、当代设计思维和市场意识。通过这种实践性的、持续的小组,参加人员将共同开发基于非遗的时尚产品,并探索以尊重和振兴传统文化的方式商业化模式及维持非遗时尚业务的方法。
项目现公开征集非遗传承人、时尚专业学生、新兴设计师的加入,并参加为期两年的系列工作坊,并在2026年底举行非遗时尚展示会。
***请特别注意:本次征集只面向国籍为中国、日本、韩国、蒙古、朝鲜的申请人。申请人需能够参加所有期工作坊及2026年的最终成果展示。更多申请标准和流程详见附件。***

Call for Participants|ICH as Fashion:A Two-Year Capacity-Building Program on Integrating Intangible Cultural Heritage into Fashion
UNESCO Regional Office for East Asia,in collaboration with key partners in cultural heritage and fashion sectors,is launching atwo-year capacity-building program(2025-2026)“ICH as Fashion”,which aims at integrating intangible cultural heritage(ICH)into contemporary fashion.This initiative seeks to create sustainable opportunities for ICH bearers,fashion students and/or emerging designers to collaborate,develop ICH-inspired fashion products,and explore pathways for future ICH-fashion businesses.
To ensure ameaningful and productive learning experience,ICH bearers and fashion students or emerging designers will be teamed up and work together throughout a series of workshops based on the mutual interests of certain ICH elements.This structure allows ICH bearers to pass on their traditional knowledge and practices while fashion students and emerging designers bring new perspectives,contemporary design thinking,and market awareness to the collaboration.Through this hands-on,sustained partnership,participants will co-develop ICH-based fashion products and explore ways to commercialize and sustain ICH-fashion businesses in a way that respects and revitalizes cultural traditions.
We are now looking forICH bearers and fashion students or emerging designers to join this unique project and participate in a series of workshops over two years,culminating in a final ICH-fashion showcase at the end of 2026.
***Important eligibilities include being nationals of China,DPRK,Japan,Mongolia,and ROK,and being able to participate in ALL workshops and the final showcase in 2026.Please find more details on the application criteria and process in the files enclosed.***
Interested applicants are required to submit the following materials to UNESCO Regional Office for East Asia,Culture Sector Ms.Yujuan Li at y.li unesco.org before 10 April 2025.
