中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区是习近平总书记亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动的重大国家战略。为深入贯彻学习落实党的二十届三中全会精神和习近平总书记考察上海重要讲话精神，围绕“开放、创新”两大核心使命，打响临港新片区城市品牌，即日起向公众征集临港新片区城市形象标识(LOGO)。LOGO设计应含有“上海临港”元素，立足临港新片区作为重大国家战略承载地、改革开放最前沿的发展定位，体现区域位置、产业特色、未来发展方向，风格独特，新颖前沿，具有现代感、时尚范、国际化特质，充分展示城市形象。期待您的参与！
Dear Designers,Organizations,Academic Institutions and Creative Enthusiasts:
China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-gang Special Area(hereinafter referred to as Lin-gang Special Area)is a significant national strategy personally planned,arranged,and promoted by President Xi Jinping.To comprehensively implement the guiding principles of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the important instructions delivered during Xi Jinping’s visit in Shanghai,we are launching a public call for submissions to design the official city logo(LOGO)of the Lin-gang Special Area,focusing on its core missions of openness and innovation.
The LOGO should incorporate elements of“Shanghai Lin-gang,”reflect its positioning as a key platform for major national strategies and a frontier of reform and opening-up,and fully represent its geographical advantages,industrial strengths,and future development vision.The design should be distinctive and innovative,with a modern,fashionable,and international aesthetic that vividly showcases the image of the city.

一、征集、评审和公示时间
（一）征集时间
2025年6月20日至7月19日24:00（北京时间）
此截止时间为邮件送达时间，逾期将不具备应征资格。
（二）评审时间
2025年7月20日至8月2日
（三）公示时间
2025年8月3日至8月9日

1.Submission Date：
From June 20 2025 to 24:00 on July19,2025(Beijing Time)
The deadline is based on the time the submission is received by email.Late submissions will not be accepted.
2.Evaluation Date:
From July 20,2025 to August 2,2025
3.Public announcement Date
From August 3,2025 to August 9,2025
二、奖项和奖金
金奖（1名）：获10万元人民币+获奖证书
创意奖（10名）：获3000元人民币+获奖证书
注：1、以上奖金均为税前金额，获奖者应自行按照相关国家（包括但不限于中华人民共和国）及相关地区的法律规定纳税2、获奖者需提供本人境内（中华人民共和国）银行账户信息
ⅡAwards and Prizes
Gold Prize(1 winner):RMB 100,000+Certificate of Award
Creativity Prize(10 winners):RMB 3,000 and Certificate of Award
Note:
1.All prize amounts are pre-tax.Winners shall be responsible for paying taxes in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of relevant countries or regions(including but not limited to the People's Republic of China).
2.Winners must provide a valid personal bank account within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.
