香港国际青年电影节协会2018年成立，立足香港、背靠祖国、面向全球，以“赋能青年，点亮未来”为主旨，始终致力于为全球青年电影人提供国际影视交流、学习、合作与展示的平台，推动和促进全球范围内青年电影人才的艺术创作与发展。
Hongkong International Youth Film Festival Association was founded in 2018.Rooted in Hongkong,backed by the Motherland and oriented towards the world,it adheres to the tenet of"Empowering Youth,Illuminating the Future"and has always been committed to providing a platform for young filmmakers around the world to conduct international film and television exchanges,learning,cooperation and exhibition,so as to promote the artistic creation and development of young film talents globally.
亚洲华语电影节是香港国际青年电影节协会主办的重要品牌活动之一，在亚洲各主要城市轮流举办。亚洲华语电影节于2020-2025年期间在中国港澳等地连续成功举办6届，活动趋向品牌化、规模化、规范化，为华语电影产业发展提供新平台、开拓新视角、注入新活力，致力打造亚洲华语电影年度盛事，助力华语电影产业冲出亚洲，走向世界。
The Asia Chinese Film Festival is a flagship event hosted by the Hongkong International Youth Film Festival Association,with its venues rotating among major Asia cities.From 2020 to 2025,six consecutive sessions of the festival were successfully held.Growing increasingly branded,large-scale and standardized,the festival offers new platforms,fresh perspectives and dynamic momentum for the growth of the Chinese-language film industry.It strives to build an annual grand gala for Asia Filmmakers,facilitating the Chinese-language film industry to expand beyond Asia and embrace the global market.

The 7th Asia Chinese Film Festival grandly launches the Golden Screenwriter Festival.It builds a dedicated platform for screenwriters and opens script calls to Chinese-language creators worldwide.Paying tribute to screenwriters on stage and lighting up the silver screen with ingenuity,the event discovers emerging talents capable of crafting compelling Chinese narratives and jointly shapes a promising new landscape for Asia film and television.

三、申报要求|Submission Requirements
投稿作品应为已经创作完成的剧本；申报方需拥有剧本完整版权或版权方授权证明，若涉及知识产权纠纷，主办方免责，申报方需承担全部责任并赔偿相关损失；主办方有权将申报剧本的概述、主创信息用于活动宣传推广（非商业用途）；剧本内容需符合法律法规，传递正向价值观，不得含有违法违规、违背公序良俗的内容。
The submitted works shall be completed scripts;the applicant shall have complete copyright of the script or an authorization certificate from the copyright owner.In case of intellectual property disputes,the organizer shall be exempt from liability,and the applicant shall bear full responsibility and compensate for relevant losses;the organizer has the right to use the outline and main creator information of the submitted script for event promotion(non-commercial use);the content of the script shall comply with laws and regulations,convey positive values,and shall not contain illegal,irregular content or content that violates public order and good customs.[!--empirenews.page--]
